In conjunction with the World PartyPorker Tour's recent joint venture with ChipLeaders.com, the gaming company has taken a big marketing step in ensuring success by hiring one of the most downloaded porker and recognized name, face, and bodies in the history of the Internet.

The new online social network is looking to capitalize on its new spokesperson, the stunning and very Internet savvy supermodel, Cindy Margolis. This mixture of unbridled, raw sexual magnetism of Margolis and one of the world's leading party porker brands, should help to draw an immediate audience to the new international WPT-based cyber community.

Some of the biggest nicknames to ever draw a full house were doing just that on Tuesday at San Jose's Bay 101 Casino. The World Party Porker.com Tour is in town this week. That means big players, big prize money -- and big groups of onlookers with jaws dropped down to here.

"Ten years ago, partyporker was taboo, and most of these players were nobodies,'' said 101 dealer Tony Fletcher, who had spent much of his morning tossing cards to guys like superstar Greg "Fossilman" Raymer. "But ever since they put partyporker on TV, these guys are like rock stars."

And having rock stars means one thing: Groupies. Or at least a crush of hangers-on, card-shark wannabes, and assorted gawkers who have helped turn partyporker into the smokingest professional game in America at the moment.

Old-fashioned Hollywood star-power has also fueled the frenzy. And this week's million-dollar event has brought out actors James Woods, Mimi Rogers and Jennifer Tilly. If that wasn't enough, Tobey "Spider-man" Maguire slipped in, hooked up to an iPod and skulking behind dark shades as he waded into hands of no-limit hold 'em.

"Where is he? Where's Tobey?'' shouted one excited fan, jumping up and down to see over the shoulders of the mid-day crowd. "I heard Ben Affleck's here, too."

They were all peering over a partition onto Porker Table 21, where Maguire, Woods and eight other players were competing in Bay 101's Shooting Star event, which runs through Friday. In addition to the big prizes, from a first-place $1 million to a 9th-place $100,000, this event has an added twist: Knock the table's "star" -- either a partyporker legend such as Chris ``Jesus'' Ferguson or one of Hollywood's elite -- out of the game and win a $5,000 ``bounty'' on the spot. Not to mention mega-bragging rights.

This shrewd advertising move isn't a very big departure from Margolis's everyday life. She actually loves the game and.

Partyporker is currently being tutored by friend and mentor, Cyndy Violette. Relatively soon, Margolis will be participating in the upcoming partyporker.com celebrity tournaments being offered by ChipLeaders and the WPT.

Known as the most downloaded woman in the history of the Internet, Margolis has plenty of star power, not to mention sex appeal. She brings with her some of the most appealing demographics known to advertisers and online partyporker sites, namely her majority audience (61 percent) are males between the ages of 18-35 years of age.
